Go for a run - it's fun!

Running can feel like such a chore, so why should you have to bother yourself with doing it? So why not just take the easy way out and find some other exercise to do that is a little easier? Stop right there! Running is a great exercise for you and it’s a very unique one that there aren’t many alternatives for. This article will provide you with five reasons why you should keep running in your daily routine.

For Your Heart.

That’s right; running is good for your heart. Cardio is an important part of your exercise that you can’t get by weight training and walking isn’t nearly as effective as running. If you run everyday you’re sure to strengthen your heart and increase blood flow, this will lead to an increase in your endurance and it will even help to make your muscles and body stronger.

It Relieves Stress.

Running has been proven time and time again to be a great stress reliever. I’m sure all of us could take a few
minutes out of our day to go run a mile while also relieving ourselves of the great stress brought out by the daily hustle and bustle of
daily life.

Burning Fat.

Running will help your body to increase metabolism by strengthening the muscles. This will lead to your body being able to
burn more fat and retain more of your muscle mass. Running is a great way particularly to help build muscle mass in your legs, as the rest
of your body is weighing down upon them while you run.

Convenience.

As opposed to many other exercises, such as weight training, running is very convenient. You can run almost anywhere and
the difficulty can easily be increased by running on different types of terrain. Running can even be done inside on treadmills which can also simulate an incline experience and have different difficulty settings.

Cost.

Running is absolutely free. That’s right, you don’t have to pay a dime to go outside and run a few miles. For a free exercise, there are so many benefits to running that it’s hard to ignore its effectiveness. It’s worth noting, however, that you may have to pay to run depending on your preferred setting, as treadmills don’t come free.

With this many positives, how can you stop your running routine now? Running can be summed up as a cost free stress reliever that is also good for your physical health. Now can you ignore the benefits of running?
